Small Group Training

Small group training, is station based training programs. You won’t find a routine here. Small groups of 10-15 members rotate around different station designed to address different parts of a complete and full workout. 
You will leave energized and satisfied with a smile on your face. We have build an extremely supportive team of instructors and members. We pump each other up and have fun doing it. 
I promise you never experienced anything like this before. It’s not uncommon to hear members at the end of the class shout out, “let’s go again!”
