I saw ads for the zone on Facebook for something called the “28 day memorial day meltdown challenge” and figured why not give it a try. I didn’t expect much out of it and I didn’t expect to be able to lose much weight.
My expectations were proven very wrong and I am so happy about it. Doing the 28 day challenge showed me that it’s so much different going to a trainer, rather than just working out on your own at a big gym.
I’m 6 months in now, down close to 12 pounds and that’s with only exercising. I haven’t followed any meal programs or diet so that is insane! I couldn’t be happier with the results that Ed, Brock and the entire team at the zone have helped me with. I am so thankful to have found them!
