Before I met Ed, I was working out on my own at Lifetime Fitness in Harrison. My workouts were decent, but I always got bored and all I really did was the stairmaster for about 30 minutes with no direction. I knew that I had to switch up my workouts, but I had no idea how. Once I started working out with Ed, he taught me how to use weights to really get in shape. Every workout was something new, and I really started to see results. I’ve now lost 30 pounds over the course of 2 years, but that’s also while getting stronger and adding muscle to my body!! That’s pretty darn awesome if you ask me!
