I started at the zone in May of 2018, doing their 28 day memorial day meltdown challenge. I never expected myself to like it, but I LOVED it. I’ll start off by saying I am probably the furthest from being a gym person. I have an underactive thyroid, I don’t like to work out and the gym environment never seemed inviting to me.
When I came to The Zone, all of that changed. I finally felt like part of a “gym family” and that might be the most motivating thing ever! You’re never just a number when you’re working out at The Zone. They accommodate every clients wants and needs and take a very personalized approach to every person. The coaches will work with you to make sure you achieve the goal you want and need.
I can’t believe I am going to say this, but I actually look forward to going to my workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays! Just the other day, I woke up frantically thinking I missed a workout and felt so sad!
