I will start off by saying that I truly don’t like working out. It’s boring, hard and just not enjoyable all around. It’s different when you go to the zone though. You’re not just working out by yourself, but with a family of gym goers just like yourself.
I find it very hard to motivate myself to get to the gym and get my workouts done, but going to the zone and doing their group workouts changed the way I looked at working out. I found it hard to get in for some workouts, but the trainers at the zone make it a priority to hold you accountable and get after you to get in for each and every workout. They also make sure to ask you how your diet is going and follow up with you on any struggles you might be having.
After just 6 weeks, I was able to lose 13 pounds and 5% body fat, which I never thought would be possible.
