I joined the zone in the beginning of August of 2018, after seeing advertisements about their 6 week challenge on Facebook. I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in awhile.

I work full time as a legal assistant, so I needed something that was affordable and convenient for me, and the zone provided that and much more! My initial goal was to lose body fat and gain muscle mass, and that is exactly what I was able to do at the zone.

In only 6 weeks I was able to drop 5.1% body fat and gain 5 pounds of lean muscle mass. My total weight loss was 7 pounds, although with the 5 pounds of lean muscle mass I actually lost even more weight than that!

If you ask me what makes the zone different from any other gym, it’s that they genuinely care. Ed and all of his trainers are accommodating to each client, and put the clients wants and needs above everything else
